¿Qué fuentes y datos tratamos?

¿Qué fundamentos jurídicos avalan el tratamiento de sus datos?

Los datos anteriormente descritos se tratan de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos, sobre la base legal que a continuación detallamos:

1. En el marco del cumplimiento de obligaciones contractuales – Art. 6.1.b) RGPD.El tratamiento de los datos se lleva a cabo con el fin de mantener la relación del alumno.
2. Justificado en un interés legítimo – Art. 6.1.f) RGPD.Cuando sea necesario, tratamos sus datos personales para satisfacer intereses legítimos nuestros o de terceros. Ejemplos:

3. Consentimiento – Art. 6.1.a) RGPD.
